It&amp;#8217;s a great opportunity for friends of Found to see where our products come from, and how Chef Nicole works with local purveyors to ensure the best quality ingredients for our menu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The afternoon begins at 2:30 p.m. with a butchering demo at Slagel Family Meats and will be followed by a farm tour lead by Louis John Slagel, who will show guests a variety of livestock and talk about the old-fashioned production practices the Slagels use to produce their farm fresh meat products. After the demo and farm tour, a dinner will be served family style by Chef Nicole and Chef John Asbaty of Panozzo&amp;#8217;s in a new barn right next to the livestock pastures.  The dinner is BYOB; lemonade and water will be provided.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The icing on the cake: bus transportation to and from the farm will be provided! When purchasing your ticket please select if you would like that option, and which location you would like to be picked up at (Found or Pannozzo&amp;#8217;s). The bus will arrive at Found (1631 Chicago Avenue, Evanston) at 11:30 a.m. and Panozzo&amp;#8217;s (1303&amp;#160;S Michigan Ave, Chicago) at 12:00 p.m. on May 18th.
